Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Seasun Apartments, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to offer clarity and flexibility to our guests while ensuring fair practices.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

 

Early Departure

Guests who choose to depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.

 

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions), we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund or rescheduling is applicable.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

 

Modifications

Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any desired changes.
